DHL eCommerce

DHL eCommerce tracks don't work in either DHL Global or DHL Int'l. It uses USPS tracking numbers. Is there any other DHL option I'm not seeing? This is their website: https://www.dhl.com/us-en/home/our-divi ... merce.html

BTW, when I "Open track with this service" and select DHL GlobalMail it takes me to the tracking info.

Never mind, it must have been a DHL problem. This morning all the tracks since shipment popped up.

DHL Global not working again. When using USPS tracking number it shows nothing. If I use the DHL tracking number, it comes up as delivered with no scans. If I go to the DHL site I can track with the USPS number or I the DHL number. Try 3291709098069832 or 9374889927300027840851.

Another DHL eCommerce is on the way and again no tracking info. I expect it will all populate in another day or two as it's done before.

brobin, unfortunately they use Java Scripts to prevent auto tracking or robots:( App can't support that service for now.

brobin, we have fixed DHL Global (eCommerce), it works now !!
