How does it updates Services.dat.new?

Hi, I want to know how to update to v115 of services.dat.

Download it from http://goo.gl/trKn8, put near TrackChecker.exe and run the program. The program will automatically update the services.dat to new version.
Or second method. Download the file, rename it from services.dat.new to services.dat, put near TrackChecker.exe with overwrite.

And the last right and easy method: download file: services.dat.new, then drag-n-drop it to the main app window.
