DHL Ecommerce Asia is broken due to an SSL Error.
https://dhlecommerce.asia/Portal/Track? ... 93590439DE just gives "Secure Connection Failed"

Please use https://ecommerceportal.dhl.com/track/? ... 93590439DE instead.

Can you update the services.dat ?
