Some Israel Post numbers not working

Most Israel Post numbers work, but for some reason door-to-door packages do not. An example is 01285497322IL. Thanks

That track number seems to be a local, so tracking page of Israel Post gives info in different format. It means that we have to add alternative service in app to track this type of tracks.

Thanks for looking into this. I assumed the issue was different format for different types of packages. I know that the "Deliveries" app correctly handles all Israel Post types of packages under the same service (including door to door). I use both apps - each has its advantages (one other advantage of Deliveries is that it allows automatic checking more frequently - I use every 15 minutes, whereas the minimum in TrackChecker is 1 hour). Anyway, adding a new service for door-to-door Israel Post would be awesome.

How does it work? Do I need to use another service or should it work with isl and isl_he? I tried and didn't see that it worked - should I wait for a services/app update? Thanks

alonwa, It will works with same isl and isl_he services after we release service's update and App download it automatically (if you do not switch off auto update).
