hi pablo,
I am fine)

This flag is showing ready-to-update state for the each tracking number.
So if you see green flag - all selected services for the current track are ready to update,
yellow flag means that some (one or more) selected services ready to update,
if it's red - no one services ready to update.
Ready-to-update state is calculated by some algorithm based on last update time, timeouts and last error state of current service for current track.

Hope I answered on you question.

with regards, TrackChecker developer.

no, if text is red it means that checking of all of selected and not finalized services for current red track was failed. :)
