Запрос: добавить англоязычный вариант сервиса fr_dpd.

Зачем: fr_dpd отслеживает почти все посылки DPD в ЕС: Германия, Польша, страны Балтии, Бенилюкс, Венгрия, и какие-то ещё точно есть. Так как DPD - французская компания, мне кажется логичным сделать англоязычную версию именно на французском сервисе.

Всё что надо поменять:
1) url: lang=fr -> lang=en
2) viewurl: lang=fr_FR -> lang=en
3) delivered:
Your parcel has been delivered|Your parcel has been collected|You have collected your parcel
5) at delivery:
Your parcel is out for delivery|Your parcel is available at the [Pp]ickup|available for collection
