markusb68, I have checked you track number. It works both in PC and Mobile version of app. Just make sure you have selected right post services: UPS or UPS Full Log. And of course make sure that you have the latest version of app and latest services in app

Strange, I have sv20161231. Is this the latest?
Using UPS Service it just gives one line:
"Received By: ZSE , Shipment Category: Package, Weight: 0.40 kg, Shipping Information: to BIETIGHEIM-BISSINGEN, DE , Service: UPS Standard®"
Just with UPS Full it gives 11 Lines.

When App gets the Delivered status not from events but from parcel info it stops to request events, because parcel already delivered.
UPS has big header with parcel info and also with parcel status. And UPS Full log does not have that header, so App parsing all the events.

I am on v1.0.14 b470 portable. I thought the UPS issues would be resolve by now.
However, I am still unable to receie UPS updates.

bym007, Have checked your track. It works good, there are events on the track.
Perhaps some soft on your computer does not allow TrackChecker conect to internet.

bym007, Please let us know what is displayed on Log tab of Track Properties window...
and another one question: what locale is detected by UPS site (you can view it on UPS.com page source in HTML headers, just press Ctrl+U in your browser)

Running v1.0.15 (b481) [svc20180715] on WIN XP and UPS does not work. Log shows "ups 7/26/2018 1:45:17 PM NoInfo (12157) INTERNET SECURITY CHANNEL ERROR"
On my WIN10 PC it works fine. Any fix/advice available for WIN XP?

brobin, Win XP does not support https by default. And UPS works through https.
But there is a solution.
You should add support of AES_128 and TLS 1.1, TLS 1.2 by this:
Install Internet Explorer 8
Install updates for Windows XP - KB968730, KB3055973, KB2936068.

UPS stopped working. Try this tracking #1ZE212150351674454. I'm running on WIN10Pro. UPS has changed their website so maybe update for tracking is needed?
