Сделал. Location и Event идет одной строкой, поэтому не стал это переделывать на стандартный формат сначала Event потом Location.

в программах нет финализации, на сайте пишет доставлено.

С сервисом проблемы, всегда ParseError. На сайте же отслеживается без проблем.

Не работает
в логах пишет
cn_sunyt: 07.12.2018 9:07:20 PreParseError

У них на сайте трекается
