and... can you show a screen of tracking page what you see on your device?
maybe it has different time/date format...

Tried with different settings..
Still not working..
Automatically marked as delivered without any events..
When Track open on browser from TrackChecker, its going to the correct page and showing the track events.
Can you please suggest any settings that I have to change to.

nisarfr, that error means that App can't get access to internet. Something blocks it.

I have another tracks in the app. but that have no problem..

nisarfr, if you have Win XP or IE less than 8.0 you may have problems with SSL and TLS support. It needs for https requests.
