Готово, но текущий парсер обрезает точку с запятой у последнего символа, а только затем заменяет энтити. Поэтому сейчас в конце каждого события стоит что-то вроде #953.
С исправлением парсера всё будет ок.

Поменяли кодировку на utf8. Поправил.

Добавил правило финализации. Поправил парсинг событий, последний статус не попадал в список событий.

О, у них NoInfo не прописано... и вообще урл другой теперь на сайте используется для отслеживания...
переделал на новый урл, кстати, там теперь можно get-ом инфу забирать.
