Hello, I wonder if you can set carrier which needs the postal code and tracking number to know the shipping.

Some supported postal services needs TrackId and PostalCode (like ASM Spain). The format for those services depends on the postal service conector. For example, for ASM Spain in Android Application (suppose the same in Windows version) you have to put TrackId/PostalCode in the Track Number field. You can see samples for Tracking Number field format (for some postal services) in the postal services list.

Rubensa, I can not make it work ASM, in the tracking number. I put tracking / postal code (all together), and it does not work, the tracking log puts NoInfo.

please share your tracking number with additional information via [ghide=10][/ghide] tags.
and tell us what is the service SID you have problem with.
