I have checked it.
To add this service in Slovak, I need to update date parser, because date format contains month names in Slovak.
But I can add this service in English for a while and it will work without app update.

And it would be better if someone gives delivered tracking number to set finalization rule right.

Could you please to provide some other tracking numbers?
Because all events in provided track has august month, same as English name of month

I have added SID:sk_dhl to prerelease services, please check, but it needs to check with another tracking numbers with other event dates.

кстати, с dhl international этот же трек не работает, с новым sk_ - без проблем

и еще кстати, с ru_dhl тоже работает, но завершение так же не проставляется

OK, it is not a problem for me to download a logo and adjust it to 72*72px, png, but there are many postal services in the app that have different languages or local offices but the same logo. I suppose the logo is not added for every single of them, but only a link to an already existing logo is used. E.g. DHL Slovakia has the same logo as all DHL postal services.
