Поправил ro_fc. Сайт отслеживания теперь только на английском. Видимо ro_fc_ro не актуален. Можно отключать.

ммм... а у меня вот так выдает:
06.12.2016 11:34:00 | Expeditia a fost preluata de catre FAN Courier in data
06.12.2016 18:32:00 | Expeditia a plecat din hub-ul FAN Courier Cluj-Napoca spre hub-ul de destinatie in data
07.12.2016 9:05:00 | Expeditia a fost preluata spre livrare de catre curierul din orasul Rm.Valcea in data
08.12.2016 11:55:00 | Ultimul status al expeditiei: livrat in data

Переделал в обход рекапчи через мобильное API, теперь только на румынском (кажется там нельзя выбрать другой язык).
