Hello! I installed the latest version and since the last update, it has been working really slow for me.
I live in Mexico, I've used TrackChecker for more than 2 years. I track USA and Mexico carriers but lately, tracking has been extremely slow. What can I do? Is there a paid subscription or anything that I can upgrade to get a better service?

I couldn't find a direct contact email. I know this software is from Russia, and I don't speak Russian. I want to contact the developers of this program to see how to fix the speed problem. I hope anyone can help me, it will be greatly appreciated!

Hello, (and Happy New Year)

I stumble two days ago on TrackChecker: Great tool, thank for the work.

Posting here as I can't seem to be able to Post on the main thread, sorry..

It seems to Work pretty well, only not for Switzerland "Swiss Post".
I'm on App version: 1.0.16 (b485) . Services.dat version: 20201222 (742).

A request comes back in log with:
swi: 05.01.2021 07:52:43 RequestError (12029) INTERNET CANNOT CONNECT

But that:
http://www.post.ch/swisspost-tracking?f ... 75091396CN
would work properly.

I haven't yet found a way (if it's at all possible) to look at the definition for the "swi" service... Is the definition updatable by the end user at all ? Can somebody please advise?
