Created DB Schenker Sweden service (SID: se_dbschenker).

Tracking sites appear to still be the same, however I am unable to track a package sent from Poland to Sweden in TrackChecker Mobile (v2.28.4 b480 sv20260302(1409)) using either se_dbschenker, sch_priv or dsv, package ID .

I can track it from https://www.dbschenker.com/app/tracking-public/ if I click "Looking for a specific reference?" and choose "COS Shipment ID".

The sender sent me a link to https://www.dbschenker.com/app/web-cos/ ... k/standard with the ID and a specific user key in the URL to track this package, and that of course works as well.

Thanks, I see your package has already been delivered.
The problem is that you selected the "COS Shipment ID" reference type. Unfortunately the app doesn't search through all possible reference types and doesn't let you select a specific one. Instead, it searches for the "standard" reference, for which DB Schenker reports no results.
But if I open the tracking page on their website using your reference number, I noticed they show an additional "Waybill Number", which I was able to track in the app.
They've made the search interface too complicated, so it's difficult to implement in the app.

Indeed - it was also only trackable by waybill number once the package had crossed the border into Sweden, not while it was in transit from Poland.

Probably nothing you can do about it then - thanks for answering!
