Думается мне они доставляют треки какие попадутся, так как треки вида UBI123456789RU - это треки вот этого китайского сервиса http://www.ubismartparcel.com - он кстати тоже есть в TrackChecker.
Поэтому не стал делать автоопределение для таких треков.
