There are two types of tracking for international track numbers. They give different events on the same track.

So add dtdc_int service. It gives events like on website.

So change dtdc to in_dtdc chage name to DTDC India

I have changed SID: dtdc to in_dtdc, but it seems it now working now

вошло в пререлизные сервисы/included in prerelease services

Service works only with cookies, but only within session when it expires, service stops to work:(
It needs more exploration

Поправил, нужен VPN в Индии (через США вроде тоже работает)
