Какой звуковой файл вы используете? и используете ли вообще?
В свете последних событий(почта из Китая идёт ОЧЕНЬ долго) я установил из Worms.... вот такой :D

Georgich, о да, червяки рулят! у меня на смс на телефоне стоит уведомление "Смотри сюда!" из WWP)

А в качестве уведомления стоит стандартный виндовый звук "\windows\media\ringin.wav"
